MY STORY
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth, both as an individual and within your most important relationships. I particularly enjoy working with couples navigating the immense life shifts of parenthood, and with new parents learning their sacred role. Our work together can help you articulate your vision for a life well-lived and ultimately, create that life through your relationships.
I am a licensed master social worker and graduate of Oberlin College and Simmons University. I work across modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and my sessions are informed by my practice as a yoga teacher and mother. I live just outside of Hudson, New York with my partner, two sons, cat, and dog.
